We spend more time capturing the moment to share on social media..than we actually do enjoying the actual moment. Think about the process of going out to eat with a group friends. Meet up *selfies* didn't like those ...*more selfies* finally seated Ooooh that's a nice menu and cocktail setup..*stages pics...takes pics*...food comes...*more pictures* SO WHAT DID YOU GAIN? [besides cold food] did you have meaning conversation? Make a memory? Inspire someone? That is what human interaction is all about...not just the subpar relationships that are only "Insta-deep." I challenged myself this summer to make memories that weren't captured with my camera phone. And I can honestly say that I've had some of the best experiences and interactions with people than ever before. I even got to actually experience the beauty in nature..that feeling of seeing air meet water and water meet land was far better than the actual picture. I challenge you to get lost in the moment...life is so precious and it should be felt...not just captured through pictures "For the Gram!"
